Just last year I was prepping for military training in Canada, and I decided to do a fitness challenge, to in a exciting way, quickly get better at pushups!


I started with doing 100-200 push-ups each workout, and committed to adding 20 push-ups each workout.

Very quickly I went from doing 30-50 pushups in 1 set to 60-75 in 1 set. (and about 500 pushups a workout)

And my workouts became like eating fresh, saucy, juicy, marinated for 3 days chicken.

Every day for the next 7, 14, or 21 days

  1. commit to doing 1-3 sets of as many pullups as you can.
